Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Interfaith Advisory Council, to serve for a term ending June 11, 2028, or until the nominating Commissionerleaves office, whichever occurs first.
Section 2. The residency requirement contained in Sections 2-884(b) and 2-1123(a) of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended, is hereby waived by a four-fifths (4/5ths) vote of the members of the full City Commission, as said requirement relates to the appointment of Fredi Klein as a member of the Interfaith Advisory Council.
