Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Education Advisory Board, each to serve for a term ending June 11, 2028, or until the nominating Commissioner, or City Manager leaves office, whichever occurs first.
Section 2. The requirements contained in Section 2-1013(a) of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended, are hereby waived by a four-fifths (4/5ths) vote of the members of the full City Commission, as said requirements relate to the appointment of Brandi Crystal as a member of the Education Advisory Board.
