A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S), ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE ANNUAL GENERAL OPERATING AND TAX INCREMENT FUND BUDGET OF THE OMNI REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ("OMNI CRA"), ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED AS EXHIBIT "A," IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED TWENTY MILLION, SIX HUNDRED TWENTY TWO THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY TWO AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($220,622,862.00) FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 2026, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2027.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Part Ill,Chapter 163, Florida Statutes, there was created by actionofMiami-Dade County("County") andtheCityofMiami("City") theOmniRedevelopment DistrictCommunity Redevelopment Agency("OmniCRA")withintheboundary limitsoftheCity; and
WHEREAS, Article VI, Paragraph 6.1ofthe Interlocal Cooperation Agreement dated March1,2000,between theCity,theCounty,theOmniCRA,andtheSoutheast Overtown/Park West Community RedevelopmentAgency, as revised andamended, requires that theOmni CRA submit itsbudgetandrelatedamendments, modifications,andalterations ofprojectstothe City and the County for approval; and
WHEREAS, the Omni CRA's Annual General Operating and Tax Increment Fund Budget, inthetotalamount ofTwo Hundred Twenty Million, Six Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand, Eight Hundred Sixty-Two and 00/100 Dollars ($220,622,862.00), forthefiscal yearcommencing October 1,2026, and ending September 30, 2027 ("FY 26-27 Budget"), attached andincorporated as Exhibit "A," was approved by the Omni CRA's Board ofCommissioners at itsSeptember 10, 2026 meeting pursuant to Resolution No.CRA-R-26-\_\_\_\_\_; and
WHEREAS, the Omni CRA requests the acceptance and approval ofits FY 26-27 Budget, attachedandincorporated asExhibit"A,"forthefiscalyearcommencing October1,2026,and ending September 30, 2027, inthe total amount of Two Hundred Twenty Million, Six Hundred Twenty Two Thousand, Eight Hundred Sixty-Two and 00/100 Dollars ($220,622,862.00);
NOW,THEREFORE,BEITRESOLVED BYTHECOMMISSION OFTHECITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section1.Therecitals andfindings contained inthePreamble tothisResolution are adopted by reference and incorporated as iffully set forth in this Section.
Section2.The FY 26-27 Budget oftheOmniCRA,attached andincorporated asExhibit"A,"for the fiscal year commencing October 1,2026, andending September 30, 2027, inthe total amount of Two Hundred Twenty Million, Six Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand, Eight Hundred Sixty-Two and 00/100 Dollars ($220,622,862.00) is accepted and approved.
Section 3. The Executive Director is authorized and directed to transmit a copy of the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget to Miami-Dade County.
Section4.ThisResolutionshallbecomeeffectiveimmediatelyuponitsadoption
and signature of the Mayor.
